Return & Exchange Policy

We want every pet and their human to be happy with our products. If you’re not satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy and fair.


✅ Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Custom products (e.g. engraved collars) are not eligible
  • We cover return shipping for defective items
  • For personal reasons (e.g. dislike, wrong size), customer pays return shipping

🔁 How to Return:

  1. Contact Us Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  2. Wait for Approval We’ll review and reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps
  3. Ship It Back Send your item back with a trackable courier and share the tracking number with us
  4. Get Your Refund We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item

  • Do not refuse the package at delivery — this may delay processing
  • Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted
  • Items showing heavy use or damage may be denied for refund
